WORM GEARBOXES
Elecon Worm gearboxes provide high torque with low speed gear ratio. Being simple and compact in design, these gears can achieve higher gear ratio than the helical gears. These worm reduction gears having screw type qualities are similar to helical gears, but its helix angle is typically comparatively larger) and its body is normally quite long in the axial direction. The gears in these gearboxes can be right or left-handed depending upon the purpose.

HIGH SPEED GEARBOXES
The TAD turbo Gear unit is a single stage step-up or reduction gearbox with horizontally offset. It is designed as a single helical gearunit.to the thrust collar technique. The tooth thrust resulting from helical teeth is being compensated through thrust collar.
WIND TURBINE GEARBOXES
A wind turbine effectively transfers kinetic energy harvested from wind to mechanical energy that drives a rotor, which coupled with a gearbox drives a motor to generate electricity. A wind turbine gearbox helps increase slow rotational speed of the rotor to a high speed motor to generate electricity. Turbine gearbox with 1:36 and 1:17 ratios help increase 42 RPM of rotor to 1550 RPM and 1031 on the generator side.
